We use The Courier Guy for our order deliveries and offer two of their delivery services:
Local Economy (LSE), Road Freight (ECO) and Overnight (OVN & LOX)

Local Economy (LSE) - Local Tariff:
Valid from Johannesburg to the following areas: Johannesburg/Pretoria/Vaal/Potchefstroom/Klerksdorp/Westonaria/Brits/Rustenburg/Hartebeespoort. Townships are not serviced as locals.

Road Freight (ECO) - National Tariff:
Valid from Johannesburg to: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Welkom, Witbank

Overnight (OVN & LOX) - Valid from Johannesburg to major centres i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc.

Delivery effective within 2 to 3 working days. Transit times vary by Major Centre.

When consignments exceed 7 Kg. National Tariff applied.

Overnight Courier (OVN & LOX)

Major Centres Local Area's

Collection placed between 08:00 & 14:30

Delivery effective by 11:00 the next business day.

For consignments not exceeding 2 Kg in actual or volume mass. Exceptions in weight or mass are made for specific areas

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment.
  • Orders received on a Friday can only be shipped on Mondays.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as the postage. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
  • Please note that light but bulky products like will be charged by volumetric weight.
  • Items are packed securely, additionally, liquids are packed in vacuum bags or get sealed.
  • If you pay by Payfast (EFT, Credit/Debit Card), your order will be processed immediately and an order and invoice will be emailed to you.
  • If you elect to pay by EFT later, an order email will be sent to you together with the banking details. Once we receive payment in our bank account, your order will be processed and your invoice will be mailed to you.

Order Tracking

Once paid, a delivery tracking linking will be sent to you where you can track your order. Click on the “Notify Me” button on the tracking website to get notified.

Online tracking of your parcel is available shortly after your shipment has been collected. If you do not have internet access, you can call 0861 203 203 to track your shipment. A contact centre representative will then give you a verbal status update on your shipment.

Normal business hours are Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:00

Shipping Cost

R 161.00 Flat up to 25kg, then R 7.20 per kg thereafter.

Volumetric: Consignments are charged on the greater of the total actual mass or total volume for items per waybill. The formula for calculating volumetric mass per item is dimensions by volumetric factor:

Dimensions: length x width x height divided by 4000

When do surcharges on top of the normal rate apply?
When there is a remote area that requires a dedicated special trip to deliver the consignment then additional
charges may be levied. Examples of special surcharges include:
Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassie/Consulates & remote areas.

There are no regional surcharges, however some selected towns may have surcharges or require special trips to be arranged. Some towns are only serviced on certain days.
E.G. Bereaville R 300.00 surcharge
E.G. Nmwamitha – Special Trip – arrangements and quote required
E.G. Thuthukani – serviced on Tuesday and Thursday
