Vermiculite - Medium (10L)

Used alone or mixed with soil or peat, vermiculite is great to germinate seeds and little watering is required.

Where soil is dense, mixing in vermiculite (up to one-half the volume of the soil) is recommended. This creates air pockets and allows the soil to breathe. Where soil is sandy, mixing in vermiculite will allow the soil to hold water and air needed for growth.

Also used as part of a substrate for fungi cultivation.

Vermiculite itself contributes potassium, magnesium and more.
