A great way to treat powdery mildew, Hypo-Lyte (NTL) is made with a process known as Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA), using only water, salt (NaCl) and electricity. The key ingredient is the oxidant Hypochlorous acid (HoCl). It is non-toxic to humans and very effective as a quick-acting anti-microbial agent. HoCl keeps microbial counts below infectious levels and is effective at eliminating all pathogens, microbes , and spores.
Hypo-Lyte is a more efficient disinfectant than H202.
It is a non-irritant, stable in solution , and can be used at high concentrations (60ppm) in liquid, spray, mist, or ice. It leaves no chemical residue, so no rinsing after use. Despite its 99.9% deactivation/kill rating at 200ppm , it comprises 99.67% ionized H20. Viruses and bacteria cannot build a tolerance or mutate.
BENEFITS:
Proven effective, fast-acting disinfection.
Effective at treating powdery mildew.
100% harmless.
Chemical-free and biodegradable.
Also known as hypochlorous acid.
Made from electrolysed water.
Masks odour.
No side effects.
Ideal for use in misting tunnels.
Highly alkaline, non-foaming, with no residue.
With a pH of about 7.0, you can wash in it, drink it, use it for disinfection and drinking water, ice and steam.
Highly effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts, and moulds.
More effective seed germination – allows seed viability to become more effective; kills pathogens on seeds.
“Damping off” eliminated – a significant reduction in bacteria levels in the growing medium.
Improved seedling survival rate – plant seedlings are much sturdier.
Sterilising the ends of cuttings encourages stronger root production and growth.
Plants become more vigorous sooner, reducing growing time.
Eggs of plant pests are killed by spraying leaves and soil.
Reduced investment in toxic pesticides.
HYPO-LYTE (NTL) DILUTION:
Dilution of Hypo-Lyte (NTL) to water all surfaces: For every 1 part add 3 parts of water.
Fogging machines: For every 1 part add 1 part of water.
Misting tunnels: For every 1 part add 4 parts of water.
For water disinfection: dose 1:500 to 1:1000 depending on organic and microbial loading.
